General Questions

No. You can solve a QBank module only once. However, you can always revise the MCQs & explanations from the review page. You can also add the points from the explanation to your notes.

When you come across an MCQ which you might want to read again, save it using the Bookmarks option. Bookmarks is a brilliant way to organize MCQs for revision.See how.

You can also solve the MCQs again by creating a Custom Module. This is particularly useful when you want to revisit all the MCQs that you have marked wrong. Use hashtags to target your weak areas or focus on the high yield MCQs.See how.

You also have an option to completely reset your QBank and solve it again.See how.

Up to 90 percent of the test series MCQs are unique. In certain tests, up to 10% percentage of the questions will be derived questions from QBank.

Read this guideline on how to use QBank effectively. How to use Marrow Qbank?

No, we do not provide QBank modules in a PDF file due to piracy issues. The complete content is available online on Marrow app and in the website which can be revised any number of times.

You can bookmark MCQs using the bookmark button and later access them from the bookmarks section for revision. You can use the multiple bookmarks option to organise your bookmarks under 3 categories as decided by you, such as "very important", "confusing", "recent update". To activate this, long-press the bookmark button.

  5. Now, select Bookmarks and click on Reset to reset all the Bookmarks.

Note: This will reset ALL the bookmarks. If you reset your FMG Bookmarks, this will not affect your progress in NEET PG Bookmarks and vice versa.

Video Lessons

No. You can watch Marrow videos only on a mobile device like a phone or a tablet. If you want to watch the videos on a larger screen, we suggest you use a tablet or an iPad.

Allowing the option to watch videos on a PC, Smart TV and the like will expose us to potential piracy risks. Many of the top teachers take classes for us and we value their privacy highly.

On the other hand, you can access the QBank and Test Series on your laptop.

Yes, you can watch the same video any number of times.

You can download videos and watch them later. However, even after you download the videos, you will need a basic internet connection to watch them. This won't consume more than 10kB of data. Pro users can download 15 videos at a time.

Yes. The list of topics covered in a video lesson will be given below the video. You can jump to a topic by tapping on it.

  • Check if your internet connection is working properly (test with a Youtube video).
  • Next, try lowering the resolution of the video by tapping on Auto in the bottom right corner and selecting the lowest one.
  • Ensure you have the latest version of the app. Go to the Play Store/App Store to see if there are any updates.

If the video doesn't play even after taking all these measures, please write to us at support@marrowmed.com. We'll get in touch with you.

You can refer to the Soft copy notes in the App - however, you cannot download them. We have incorporated the maximum number of images in the notes, and you can refer to the same.

You can also buy Handwritten Notes made from Marrow videos in the form of books. Learn more about Marrow Notes.

We do not provide subtitles for the video lessons.

We replace videos rated 3.5 stars or below, depending on faculty availability. Please rate the video and leave your feedback on the video concerned. We will do the needful.

MCQ Discussion videos will be live soon. We will keep you informed.

We have instituted several security measures and international standard safety protocols to allow videos to be accessed securely. This greatly reduces chances of videos being pirated, and can also prevent your device from being hacked or compromised.

Some device manufacturers are yet to support these advanced security features for some phone models. This is a third-party issue beyond our scope of engineering effort and we have intimated device makers to support these global standard safety features.

We have seen these devices frequently failing security checks:

  • Lenovo K3 Note
  • Lenovo K4 Note
  • Lenovo K5 Note
  • Xiaomi Redmi 4a
  • Other Redmi models
  • Asus ZenFone
  • Lava phones
  • Some Tablets

This list is not exhaustive and changes on a daily basis, as phone manufacturers update phone software versions and safety protocols keep getting improved. The list is also device-specific - meaning some phones of the above models can support Marrow content, while others cannot.

Devices that pass security checks:

While we cannot provide a foolproof list, we have seen Marrow working seamlessly on most devices from these manufacturers:

  • Motorola
  • Samsung
  • OnePlus
  • Google Pixel
  • Apple

There will never be a time or day when you will be completely ready for a Grand Test. Hence, do not wait for the right moment. All Grand tests need to be taken irrespective of your stage or level of preparation during the allotted time window with strict discipline.

A test cannot be taken again once it is submitted. This applies even if you renew your subscription or purchase a new subscription in the same account. We maintain strict rules against it to prevent any sort of manipulation and to ensure genuine scores and ranks.

However, you can review the answers of a test any number of times after submitting. You can also bookmark the MCQs you might want to revise.

In the app:

  1. Tap on the Tests tab and scroll down to the test that you have submitted.
  2. Tap on the test - if the results are published you will get to see your rank and score here.

Yes! It is recommended to take Marrow tests on a laptop/desktop for a real NEET PG or AIIMS exam experience. On the web, we use a software that closely simulates the NEET PG & AIIMS exam interfaces. Take the test on your computer by going to www.marrow.com > Dashboard > Tests. On the web, please login with the same credentials used to login in the app.

For Grand Tests, results are published after 5 days, for Subject Tests, it is published after 3 days, and for Mini Tests, 2 days. Following this, once the test expires, the results get published. The date and time of results can be viewed in your score page after submitting the test.

If you took the test after the results are published, you will get to see your results instantly. In this case, you will get a predicted rank instead of a real rank.

Yes, you can take a test even after the results are announced. In this case, you will receive a predicted rank rather than a real-time rank. Also, your name won’t be added to the Top Scorers list if even if you get within top 50. Everything else remains the same.

However, it is recommended to take a test when it is Live to get a more accurate rank.

Predicted Rank is calculated based on different factors like how many questions you have got correct, how many questions you have got wrong and how many you have skipped just like the real exam. It also takes in the negative marking as well. Also, the predicted rank will be calculated on the basis of the number of users who took the test after the results are announced. Hence, we encourage you to attempt a test when it is live to get the real-time rank.

Marrow Test Series is taken by 1,00,000+ students across India. You should be making steady progress with each test, in your score as well as rank. If not, it is time to revisit your preparation and strategy.

In the Tests tab, tap on “Your Overall Progress in GTs”. This opens up your performance analytics page, which is a clear visualisation of all your test scores so far. You should aim for a steadily upward sloping graph, which shows that you are making consistent progress with each test. Both your score curve and percentile curve should go up parallely. Along with this, you will also find our which are your strongest and your weakest subjects. This will give a clear indication of where you stand and how you can improve.

You can also check your analytics for individual tests. Tap on a test that you have taken and tap on the ‘Full Analytics’ button. Here you can see how you performed in comparison with the top 100 rank-holders in this test, your strongest and weakest subjects, the average time you spent answering each question and how accurately you can guess.

Yes, you can. When the results are published, you’ll get to know your rank out of total rank. This total rank indicates the total number of students who have taken the test when it was live. This does not include the students who took the test after the results were published.

We do not have the option to reset tests as it can lead to inaccurate scores and ranks. However, you can reset your QBank & bookmarks. See how.

Also, once you have taken a test, you can review the answers as many times you want.

No we do not have T and D sessions. Instead, we will be publishing xx hours of MCQ discussion videos in every subject soon.

You can access Previous Years Question Papers in the QBank tab. We also have mock tests and recall tests with repeat questions available for NEET PG & central exams like AIIMS/JIPMER.

Superlatives test is a Test of facts that are ‘extreme’. e.g. highest incidence of x, lowest rate of y, most common symptom in disease z, etc.

Yes. Marrow Mocks for AIIMS PG follow the exact new AIIMS PG pattern. As of now, Marrow AIIMS PG Mocks can be taken only on your desktop/laptop and cannot be taken on your Marrow app.

We do not provide any printed material due to piracy issues. The complete course is available in the Marrow app, and you can access it anytime from anywhere.

Typically Marrow subject tests will have questions from all topics in the subject. In certain exceptional cases, certain topics will be specifically mentioned next to the title of the test. In such cases, you need to prepare only those subjects that are mentioned.

Intern Mode

  • It’s a new mode inside Plan C (So this is not a new plan. All Plan C users can activate it).
  • Suited for those who are short of time.
  • This mode has 525 hours of videos (compared to 700+ hours in regular mode).
  • Some video modules are replaced with QBank modules. These videos are unimportant or simple topics that do not need video teaching.
  • If you watch at 1.5 x speed you can easily finish this in 100 days ( watch for approx 4-5 hours per day).

No. Revision videos are pretty much useless as you will only get very less content from these. These will not help you qualify leave alone get a rank. This is the same Marrow videos + some videos replaced with QBank modules.

Intern Mode has 525 hours of videos and around 7000 MCQs.

No. There won’t be any new videos. With Intern Mode what we have done is that -

  • We selected the videos with simple concepts & not very high-yield, and replaced them with QBank Modules.
  • We added additional concepts and points to these QBank modules, so that nothing is missed. Now you are left with only the videos which have concepts that need explanation by the faculty, and also the super high-yield topics.
  • This is a mode that helps you use the existing content more efficiently, if you are short of time. We believe that relying on a set of new videos alone for revision is meaningless.

Intern Mode is recommended only for those who are genuinely short of time, like interns and those who are working full time, with at least 4 hours to spare in a day for study. Everyone else should follow the standard mode. Those who are preparing full time should never use Intern Mode.

Make sure that your app is updated to the latest version. Go to the App Store or the Play Store to confirm.

  • Open the Marrow app and tap on the videos tab.
  • You will find intern mode on the top header.
  • Tap on the toggle button to activate.

You can switch back to normal mode any time!

Help & Support

Mail us: support@marrowmed.com Call us: +917071274274. (9am - 8pm).

It is practically impossible for our faculty to respond to doubts by all our users. If you have a specific feedback about an MCQ or a slide in the video lectures, you can use the feedback/report button to send across your feedback. If the feedback is relevant you will get an email from Marrow faculty.

Most Marrow faculty have active Facebook pages or accounts where they clear students’ doubts. You can use this channel as well. However, faculty will not be able to reply to general doubts raised via Marrow support or other channels.

After considerable thoughts from faculty and discussion with our users, we have created Marrowlings, a Facebook group for academic discussions only. You can request to join the group here. This is an invite-only group for Marrow students. You are encouraged to use this forum for doubt clearance and other academic discussions only.

No, Marrow is focused solely on providing good quality academic content. We will not be giving any assistance with rank counselling.

General Questions

You can use Marrow in a maximum of 2 devices, but strictly for personal use, at non-overlapping times. Simultaneous usage is not allowed. A Marrow Pro account is meant to be used by only one user. Please note that sharing an account is against our Terms and Conditions and will result in account blockage without warning.

The daily notifications sent by Marrow are a reminder for you to not skip important topics. You can make a note of them and do it according to your schedule.

The results of NEET PG & AIIMS in 2018, 2019 & 2020 have proven that you can secure a good rank by using Marrow alone, even if your rank in the previous year was low. You can see the stories of average students who got a good rank by using only Marrow here.

Yes. Our review team consisting of toppers and faculty reviews QBank & videos every 2 weeks and after major exams, or after every official guideline update and updates in standard textbooks. This makes sure our MCQ modules and video lectures are error-free and up to date.

The session can only be attended when it is live and we do not offer a recorded version.

No. Marrow is exclusively focussed on exam preparation and we will not be providing any dates or notifications about central exams. You should check the official website for accurate information.

  • A lot of research and learning has gone into creating Marrow, which has enabled us to build an evidence-based approach best suited for the latest NEET PG pattern.
  • The content is regularly updated by our team of toppers and faculty to reflect the latest changes in exam patterns and question trends. Traditional institutes take much longer to adapt to changing trends.
  • Being a digital platform, we are not limited by geography. We have the best teachers from across India in all 19 subjects in one platform. You can access the video lectures from wherever you are, and watch as many times as you need.
  • The QBank is a collection of highly selected 18000+ MCQs with conceptual explanations, and not only empty facts. This makes sure that you solve MCQS, and not just read them. Reading alone will not make you exam ready.
  • The Marrow Mocks and Grand Tests have 1,00,000+ participants pan-India. The rank which you get is a close representation of where you stand. You can also see data-based personalised analysis of your performance, which will accurately show you your weak spots.

If you have joined a good coaching institute and been attending all classes, you do not need a Video plan. You can consider Plan B.

If you have missed some classes or if your coaching centre is a regional one (not among the Top 3), we recommend you go for Plan C. However, it is important to not spend too much time on videos or coaching. Practising MCQs on QBank is important.
